Rockin' Hits Trivia

Yesterday's question:

Before becoming popular in the late 70s and 80s, this band was originally known as "The Golden Gate Rhythm Section". What's the name we know them as now?

The answer: Journey

Most of you got it - in fact, all of you who answered got it. So congratulations. However, none of the listeners here at the station got it. So it will be asked again today on the air.

Normally, I'd wait too, but seeing as how apparently easy yesterday's question was, I'm going to see if I can make it tougher:

Known as The Paramounts when they were the backup group for British singer Sandie Shaw, they would eventually change their name to what?

This question lasted an entire week before I had to give an almost dead giveaway clue.
